Privacy Policy

Waitlist & contact. If you join our waitlist or get in touch, we collect your email address (and anything you choose to write to us).

In the app. To personalise your readings, the app asks for details like your name and your date, time, and place of birth. During our early preview these details are kept on your own device; as we add accounts they may be stored securely on our servers so your readings follow you across devices.

Technical & usage data. Like most services, we may collect basic technical information (such as device type and general usage) to keep the service working and improve it.

To let you know when Daily Spellcast is ready (if you joined the waitlist), to create and deliver your readings, to respond to you, and to improve and secure the service. We do not sell your personal information.

We use trusted service providers to run Daily Spellcast — for example website hosting and form handling (currently Netlify) and, in future, email and payment providers. They may process your information only to provide their service to us, under confidentiality. We may also disclose information if required by law.

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time, and you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us. We'll respond in line with applicable privacy laws, including the Australian Privacy Principles.

Daily Spellcast is not directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll change the date above when we do, and significant changes will be made clear.
