Daily Spellcast is a feel-good daily ritual with a light touch of witchcraft. Our content — including daily spells, horoscopes, tarot pulls, yes/no answers, and birth-chart readings — is provided for entertainment, inspiration, and self-reflection only.
It is not fact or a prediction of the future, and it is notprofessional advice of any kind — medical, psychological, legal, financial, or otherwise. Please don't rely on it to make important decisions. For those, speak with a qualified professional. If you are struggling, please reach out to a doctor or a local support service.
Who can use it
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) to use Daily Spellcast.
Accounts
Some features may require an account. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account, and for giving us accurate information.
Subscriptions & payments
Daily Spellcast offers a free tier and a paid Premium subscription. When Premium is available, it will be billed through the relevant app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) under their terms. Free trials convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled beforehand, and subscriptions renew until cancelled. You can manage or cancel anytime in your app-store account.
Acceptable use
Please use Daily Spellcast for your own personal enjoyment. Don't misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or copy or resell our content without permission.
Our content
The Daily Spellcast name, brand, design, and content are ours (or our licensors') and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, limited licence to use the app for its intended purpose.
“As is” & liability
Daily Spellcast is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties and are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; we'll update the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
